How To Open A Lowrance Account?
To open an account on lowrance.com, follow these steps:
- Select the Login Icon on the top right of the screen.
- You will then be offered the chance to sign in or sign up.
- You can use your existing details via Microsoft, Facebook or Google Plus, to sign in with email and password, or to sign up/register with a new email address.
- If you decide to sign up with a new email address, you will be asked to validate your email address.
- After validating your email address, fill in your details and submit.
- Once registered, you can click on the account icon on the top right and edit your account details, add addresses, register your products or view online purchase order history.
Remember, you can also check out and purchase products as a guest, but this will mean you will miss out on all the latest software updates, notifications, and news. It's recommended to register an account to stay updated.
Lowrance Return Policy?
At lowrance.com, if for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you may return it in new and unused condition within 60 days of purchase for a refund (excluding shipping charges). To initiate a return, send an email to orders-b2c@navico.com along with your original order number, the item(s)/quantities, serial number (if applicable) you wish to return. A member of the team will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Note that shipping fees for returns are your responsibility. As a policy, the aim is to refund/credit your account within a maximum of 7 days of receipt of your product to the returns address. If you are experiencing a technical issue with the product, please contact the Lowrance Technical Support department at 800-628-4487. Please note that C-MAP card in unit bundles cannot be exchanged for a different mapping card.
